Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted exclusively through this website.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Commercial references or product names should not appear in the text.
- The abstract text must be approximately 300 characters (excluding spaces).
- Tables and images are not allowed in abstracts.
- Please select at least one relevant theme from the list provided in the submission form
- The official language of the Symposium is English. All documents (abstracts, papers, and PowerPoint presentations) must be prepared in English. Oral presentations may be given in Spanish, with simultaneous interpretation provided
The Technical Committee reserves the right to adjust the selected theme of your abstract during the evaluation process.
The deadline for abstract submission is 1 November 2025.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper by 6 April 2026.
Papers may be submitted as a short paper (minimum 3 pages) or a full paper (up to 8–10 pages).
