PRIVACY POLICY

We would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (Law 15/1999). Consequently, your data will be stored in a file named ‘Clients’, registered with the General Register of the Data Protection Agency, under the responsibility of Viajes El Corte Inglés, S.A., Tax Identification Number A28229813. 

This data will be stored for the duration of the company’s operations, for the purpose of organising the Conference, as well as to provide you with information about our products and services, including by electronic means. You may withdraw your consent at any time and exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection (ARCO) by sending a letter to the following address: Avenida de Cantabria, 51. 28042 Madrid. 

Your credit card details are entered on a secure site; we use SSL technology. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation must be notified in writing and will be valid from the date of receipt of the email at the following email address: congresosgranada@viajeseci.es

Cancellations received before 30 June 2026: no cancellation fees, only a €50 administration fee

Cancellations received between 1 July and 30 September 2026: 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellations received from 1 October 2026 onwards: 100% cancellation fee.

Once registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your booking and payment methods. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we receive proof of payment by email (please send it to congresosgranada@viajeseci.es). 

Any refunds will be made by credit card or bank transfer, depending on the payment method. 

MINIMUM AGE: 18 years.
